FamilyShield Guard Terms of Use

1. Service scope

FamilyShield Guard is provided to help parents and guardians pair child devices, manage app permissions, set daily usage limits, and receive notifications.

2. Subscription plans

  • Monthly plan launch special: USD 5.00, renews automatically each month unless canceled.
  • Yearly plan launch special: USD 55.00, renews automatically each year unless canceled.
  • Launch special pricing may be updated or withdrawn for future purchases. The price shown at App Store checkout is the final applicable price for that transaction.

3. Billing and renewal

Payment is charged to your Apple App Store account at purchase confirmation. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Applicable taxes and storefront-specific price adjustments may be added by Apple depending on your country or region.

4. Trial, restore, cancellation, and refunds

The app may offer a 3-day free trial. Purchases may be restored in the app, and subscriptions can be managed or canceled from Apple account settings. Refund eligibility and refund handling are subject to Apple App Store policies and Apple's decision process.

5. Acceptable use

FamilyShield Guard must be used only for lawful and authorized parental control. Unauthorized surveillance or illegal use is prohibited.

6. Account responsibility and service availability

You are responsible for using FamilyShield Guard only on devices and child profiles you are legally authorized to manage. Some enforcement or notification features may depend on operating-system permissions, platform restrictions, network availability, and third-party services, and may not be available at all times.

7. Apple Standard EULA

Use on Apple platforms is also subject to the Apple Standard EULA .

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version is published on this page. Continued use of the app after an update means you accept the updated Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
